We understand that you will get busy day to day running your business and may need help when you want to make updates to your website. Your site has been built on Wordpress and uses a website builder called Breakdance. Please see our clear and structured Edits price list below which you can access anytime you want to engage us to update your website. You have the option of purchasing our monthly or annual editing services or contacting us for individual edits as you need them.
Please note that these charges are indicative and if there are other factors which add to the scope and time for the work, we will advise accordingly for any additional charges once we have assessed your information.

How to Request Updates to Your Site
Simply email [email protected] with your requested changes and we will reply to confirm the cost before we proceed.
Inclusive Hosting & Editing Package - $45/month or $500 per year
If you want peace of mind that you can contact us anytime to make updates to your website, we have an annual editing service that allows you to send us up to 2 updates per month and our support team will process them for you within 1-3 business days. You can apply your updates in other months of the year and they apply to all edits except for a complete website design change.
Edits that you can make directly to your website – free of charge
- Edit Headings, add or change content in text boxes
- Change existing photos on the content pages
- Photo Gallery – add / delete images, add / edit captions, add / edit links to images
- Export all the contact form submissions
While you are able to make these changes yourself, if you prefer us to do them, the cost is $50 for a single round of edits. Please note that Photo Gallery updates are charged at $50 per 20 images if you have a bulk number of images.
Straightforward Edits - $50
- Update/change your logo. Please note if design changes need to be made in accordance with a new colour scheme, the cost is $200 as all the global settings need to be updated to match the new colour set, font and design format
- Change main banner images, section backgrounds or slideshows – Please note this allows up to 8 images which is usually more than enough for a website
- Uploading new videos or images to new sections on the pages
- Adding codes to the website meta data such as Google analytics, new SEO keywords etc
Edits that take a little more time - $100
- Changing font type, size, colours and global settings
- Editing header / footer - text or formatting changes, adding logos, layout change
- Adding action button to link to an external application
- Adding quick links to lengthy text (anchor links)
- Change icons
- Adding extra content to pre-formatted boxes or sections such as new staff members or new services
Please note that if your website has more than 10 pages, additional charges may apply if individual pages need to be edited across the site.
Additional Pages and Blog Posts – $100 - $250
- Standard Blog Post Upload - $100
- Blog Post > 1000 words - $200
- New page with content provided by you - $150
- New page with content provided by us - $250
Structural Changes to the Website - $200 - $300
- Change the design/layout of a single page - $250
- Editing header / footer such as additional navigation bars or heavy layout changes - $200
- Add new page with content to the navigation menu page - $250
- Creating an image search function - $300

Variable between $500 - $1,500
This will depend on the extent of the changes required, the number of existing pages and the length of time required to complete the changes you request. This can include a website revamp, redesign or update for new branding.
